Questions

Common questions.

How is pricing set?

We quote from the details you send, and visit the site first for larger jobs. You get the scope and price in writing before any work starts.

Do you take small jobs?

Yes. From a single new circuit or fixture to a full service upgrade.

What areas do you serve?

All of Northern California, from Sacramento to Folsom, Roseville, Placerville, Davis, Yuba City, Chico, Stockton, Tracy, Vacaville and Vallejo. See the full service area.

What should I do in an electrical emergency?

If you smell burning, see sparking or a panel is hot to the touch, turn off the power at the main breaker if you can do it safely, and call 911. For an outage, contact your utility (SMUD or PG&E).

My breaker keeps tripping. Is that a problem?

It means the circuit is overloaded or something on it has a fault. Tell us which circuit and what is plugged in, and we will find the cause.

Do I need a panel upgrade for an EV charger?

Not always. We look at your panel and your home's load first, then tell you whether the charger fits as is or needs more capacity.
